How to claim your reward

1. Place your booking.

2. Email us at marketing@four-pillars.co.uk to let us know that you qualify (including your booking details). We’ll send you an email to confirm that you qualify.

3. Once the event has taken place and payment has been received, we will send you your reward.

Terms and conditions  

* Reward is claimable on new bookings made within the timeframes set out above.
* Claims can be made against bookings for conference, meeting and functions but exclude accommodation unless taken in conjunction with one of the aforementioned.
* By claiming this reward you confirm that you are not contravening any of your employer’s internal policies, that your employer is aware of and has approved your acceptance of this reward, and that you are not in breach of any duty of care, real or implied, that you owe to your employer or to any third party.
* Any income tax and national insurance due is the responsibility of the recipient.
* The reward can be converted to vouchers or enhanced commission. £100 vouchers = £100 additional commission, iPad = £300 of voucher or commission, Microsoft Surface Pro = £500 of vouchers or commission.
* iPad will be second generation 16gb Wi-Fi model
* Microsoft Surface Pro will be 64gb model with Windows 8 Pro (release date TBC, so will be dispatached when available)
* If claiming vouchers and you have a preferred store, please advise and we will do all we can to obtain these for you.
* For hotel and apartment breaks please provide preferred dates. Hotel break is for 2 people sharing a standard room for 3 nights and includes dinner, bed, and breakfast at a Four Pillars Hotel of your choice. For the apartment break, the stay is for 2 people sharing a one bedroom apartment for 3 nights on a self catering basis at Cotswold Water Park Hotel. Bookings are subject to availability.
* Only one reward per event can be claimed.
* Rewards may be claimed on pre-booked items only
* Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer including Agents' Lounge Reward Points.
* In the event we are unable to supply your iPad or Surface Pro, we will fulfil with the equivalent value in high street shopping vouchers.
